About Us

Meridian China is an independent Europe–China forum and exposition launching in Barcelona in 2027.

Created at a moment of profound change in the global economy, Meridian China brings together business leaders, policymakers, investors, innovators, academics, and institutions to engage seriously with one of the world’s most important — and most complex — international relationships.

The Europe–China relationship now shapes the future of industries ranging from automotive and advanced manufacturing to batteries, logistics, green transition technologies, infrastructure, AI, and global trade. Yet despite its scale and strategic importance, there remains no dedicated high-level platform designed specifically around the realities of Europe–China engagement.

Meridian China was created to fill that gap.

Held in Barcelona — a city emerging as a major centre of Europe–China industrial and commercial engagement — Meridian China combines large-scale exposition, strategic dialogue, thematic working groups, bilateral networking, and long-term institutional relationship-building in a single platform.

Our approach is independent, business-led, and international in outlook. We are not a government summit, lobbying initiative, or traditional conference. Meridian China exists to create a serious, credible, and commercially grounded space where Europe and China can better understand one another, navigate complexity, and shape practical cooperation for the future.

The name Meridian reflects the lines that connect continents, economies, and people.
